A potential client called and asked if I could paint a portrait of his wife for their 30th wedding anniversary.  Being that I am newly engaged myself this request pulled at my heart strings.  So even though I only have four weeks to complete an original oil paintings in time for their anniversary I am glad to do it. 

Love that lasts for thirty years and beyond should be celebrated.  And what better way to celebrate your love than with an original oil painting by me! Well this is my sketch for the painting.  I hope the client is a fan as I really like the colors I have placed in the background of the image. 

Oh, and I will of course post a photo of the completed painting just as soon as it is done.
